This notice explains how SIR Motorsport uses information submitted through this website, event enquiries and optional marketing consent.

Information we collect

When you submit an enquiry, we may collect your name, email address, phone number, company or organisation, event type, event date, event location, postcode, expected guest numbers, setup notes, power information, access notes and any event details you provide.

How we use it

To respond to your enquiry.
To plan, quote and deliver an event if you choose to book.
To keep a record of event communications.
To send occasional marketing updates only where you have opted in.

Marketing consent

Marketing consent is optional and recorded separately from a normal event enquiry. If you tick the marketing option, we may send occasional SIR Motorsport event updates, offers and news. You can ask to opt out at any time by emailing Info@sirmotorsport.co.uk.

Enquiry records

Website enquiries may be stored in a protected server-side enquiry log so SIR Motorsport can track quote requests, consent status and event follow-up. This log is not intended to be publicly accessible and should remain in the protected private folder on the web server.

Sharing and retention

We do not sell personal data. We keep enquiry and event information only for as long as reasonably required for business, legal and accounting purposes.
